1 Year Contract (Renewable)
8 Hour rotating Shift
Location: Tai Seng
Salary Range: S$3000 +Bonus

Responsibilities

  • To Maintain, Troubleshoot and provide technical Support for End User (Including but not limited to Phone, Onsite and By Electronic Means).
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
  • Diagnose and Resolve Technical Issues in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
  • Maintain and monitor daily performance of wireless and network infrastructure; Log fault calls and other modes of communication and ensure prompt and timely follow up
  • Incident testing and replacement of faulty equipment when required
  • Provide training to users, engage in updates and write ups on various training and technical manuals
  • Render assistance and support to Network Engineers.

Requirement:

  • BSc/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar qualifications
  • Familiar computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products will be advantage
  • Experience with help desk technician or customer support role
  • Organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic, Excellent communication skills and proven rapid learning capability 
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • able to work 8hour rotating shift based on duty schedule (including weekend if tasked to be on duty).
    (For shift after office hour , can support from home)
