Responsibilities

  • Provides technical support on data, voice or video networks for internal and external customers and guide them on technical questions as well to  recommends and implements approved course of action.
  • Ensure that the environment is properly documented and all knowledge management systems are up to date
  • Perform disaster recovery operations and data backups when required and Provides technical support on data, voice or video networks for internal and external customers and guide them on technical questions as well to  recommends and implements approved course of action.
  • To performs data or voice network configurations and configuration changes of various voice or data equipment such as routers, switches, intelligent hubs, multi-function switches, end offices, signaling transfer points, PBX, voice mail, call management systems, etc. to enhance performance.
  • Perform capacity and performance planning for client environments
  • Determines appropriate standard testing routines or scripts; may test various voice or data equipment such as Root cause analysis of service outages, routers, switches, hubs or optical equipment, or multi-function switches, end offices, signaling transfer points, private branch exchanges (PBX), voice mail, and call management system, etc. for maintenance.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma or equivalent in Information Technology or similar qualifications
  • Min. 1 year experience with Network  switching, routing, firewalls, wireless networking  or related experience
  • Familiar with Windows OS, Mac OS and Server (both on prem and cloud), setting up Google workspace and Microsoft 365, IT support for offices with remote working tools is a big plus.
  • Organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic and proven rapid learning capability
  • Candidate without experience are welcome to apply too as there is junior & senior positions available.
