Responsibilities
- To provide onsite Systems and Network support as remote and smart hands-on daily operations in various Data Center.
- Taking ownership on incoming tickets raised by clients or AI-system on faulty servers for troubleshooting and rectification works.
- Well-versed in Microsoft and LINUX Operating System platform.
- Having the ability to manage and troubleshoot problems on Servers, Firewalls, Routers, Load Balancers, Switches and etc.
- To provide Local & Wide Area Network support.
- To close all job completed tickets through RS’s ticketing system to ensure all KPI Key Performance Indexes are appropriately met.
- Prepare reports as required by management
- Maintain proper inventory control
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in IT/Computer Science/Electronics Engineering/Communications or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience/knowledge Network/ Security administration and configuration (ITSM, MCP, MCSE, CCNA, and CCNP)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
