Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing network solutions ,improving the efficiency of current networks
- Installing, configuring and supporting network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP
- Maintains data, voice or video network hardware and systems
- Provides technical support on data, voice or video networks for internal and external customers
- Installs network applications on network servers or voice equipment; maintains, tests, researches and resolves problems
- Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel
- Prepares proposal documentation and information to meet customer requirements, if required
Requirements
- Diploma/ degree in IT / network
- CCNA / CCNP or similar
- Min 2 years experience in network
- Excellent communication with all levels
