Responsibilities
- Responsible to collect logs and upgrading version of the firmware and resolve issues on Firewall, switch, route, wireless (AP).
- Work closely with R&D and principal vendors and network status reports
- Installing, configuring and supporting network equipment including switch, firewall, and route
- Configuring firewalls, routing and switching to maximise network efficiency and security
- Procuring network equipment and managing subcontractors involved with network installation
- Troubleshooting faults in the network or firewall and updating network equipment to the latest Firmware version
- Check on the wireless and collect logs and error code and disable rules and traffic in firewall, link up with switch and route and wireless
Requirements:
- Diploma/ degree in IT
- Min 1-2 years in maintenance/SIT Team Handling products: Aruba, Palo alto, Alcatel, Cisco,Fortigate, Checkpoint, Juniper etc
- Proficient in switch, firewall, and route and network installation
- Excellent in coordination and communication skill
