- Salary Range: $3K – $4K + AWS + Incentives + Bonus

- Permanent role
- 5 days work week
Responsibilities:
- Provide L1/L2 Network operations support
- Understanding client’s environment & situation and recommending improvement to the network according to client’s process & policies
- Performing installation, configuration and and maintenance network equipment and ensuring SLA is met and achieved
- Prepare incident reports on troubleshoot findings solution
- Perform maintenance of network infrastructure and backup system
Requirements:
- Min. diploma in IT or related
- Min 1-2 years experience in networking in S.I environment preferred
- Hands-on experience in Cisco, Dell or HP networking products
- Preferably CCNA / CCNP Certified
- Experience in products such as F5, Riverbed, Cisco is an added advantage
