Responsibilities
- Manage system upgrades & security reviews
- Planning and responding to network outages and other problems – Firewall, Wifi, Switches & VPN
- Administration and setup of Windows, Linux, Mac, VMWare machines
- Project management for system related projects
- Installing, supporting, maintaining servers or other computer systems
- Maintain hardware and software inventory
- Liase with vendors for quotes and purchases
- Involve in on-site and remote project implementations and deployments
Requirements:
- ITE/Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Can work independently
- Able to troubleshoot and find solutions to hardware, software and network problems
- Possess the following skillsets:
- Linux administration
- Windows
- PC and laptop hardware troubleshooting
- Good to have knowledge of networking skills like DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewall, routing, NAT
