Responsibilities
- Demand planning based on customer requirement and forecast.
- Manage and maintain an optimal level of inventory.
- Coordinate and help with projects transfer from HQ Japan to ASEAN region.
- Understand Supply Chain Management system
- Liaise with Sales and CS department for delivery arrangement and requirements.
- Supplier window to drive business
- Understand customer product and supply chain
- Liaise with operation team to register project and quotation request in supplier system
- Reporting actual and forecast numbers to supplier and HQ Japan
- PCN (Product Change Notice) management
- Obtaining quality document from supplier and provide sales
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree holder
- Proficient in Japanese language (business level) to work closely with HQ Japan and Japanese business partners
- Min 2 years of relevant work experiences in electronic components industry
- Material planning & understanding of supply chain concept will be an advantage.
