Mon-Fri, office hours (8am – 6pm)
Salary Range: $5K + Commission

Responsibilities
- Maintain and Update all relevant documents of solutions for ease of transfer supporting effort to another party.
- Ensure sustainability of solution built by providing User Training and Documentation
- Provide dedicated local servers (mid-range) support in Bank server room
- Instructions from Global Team in US and India and execute locally
- Manage Portable Storage Media function for all the servers and registered in eToc System.
- Single Point Of Contact for client midrange operations
- Responsible to manage server Inventory together with client for commission and decommission of server hardware.
- Responsible to update incident ticketing on system after each actions
Requirements:
- Degree in Information System / Computing or equivalent
- At least 2 -3 years in server Inventory, System Support (Change Requests and Incident Resolution) or relevant experience
- Reliable, dedicated to building a strong and good infrastructure for clients
- Well organized, proactive and self-directed, able to provide supervision to team members
- 24×7 standby needed – After office hours will be standby from home in case of high severity issues (L1 L2), the resource is expected to report back to the server room to fix the issue.
