Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all Electrical & Electornics systems defects, repairs & maintenance matters
- In charge of the Fault Reporting Centre operations and operate the Building Automated System
- Provide support for the Electrical & Electronics systems’ maintenance programme such as preventive, corrective and inspection schedule
- Liaise with government authorities / statutory boards, architects, engineers and other divisions on matters relating to maintenance of the premises
- Responsible for conducting preventive and corrective maintenance program in accordance with the standards, all corporate policies and legislated regulations
- Keep track of all Electrical & Electronics equipment
- Responsible for all Electrical & Electronic services’ preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Conduct regular inspections and following up on outstanding works
Requirements
- At least an Advanced Diploma / Degree in related Engineering fields
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to work independently with all levels
- A committed and a good team player
