M&E Engineer ( $2500-$4000/AWS/VB)ref: AK

$4K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: East

Responsibilities

• Involved in project management, progress, site coordination and inspection
• Supervise day-to-day site works, including the work of sub-contractors to ensure compliance with the specific requirements
• Ensure M&E works are performed on time within the budget
• Ensure of quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with
• Work closely with the clients, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
• To prepare cost estimation, budget and control, and to check sub-contractors’s progress claim
• Advise admin assistant on the issuance of quotation, bill of quantity and sales invoices
• Help to chase outstanding quotations, bill of quantity and accounts receivables pertaining to your project

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years or above of related experience in M&E
• Diploma/ Higer NITEC in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services/Environment Engineering or any relevant qualification
• Independent, resourceful, hardworking, good organization skills and able to lead a team
• Able to work in a fast pace environment and handle tight deadlines
