M&E COORDINATOR ($3200-$5200/AWS/VB)ref: MT

$5200 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  West

Responsibilities

• Understand contract requirements and M&E specifications in order to monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with project requirements/construction schedule.
• Liaise with design consultants on the design intent.
• Coordinate with in-house architectural & structural team to minimize discrepancies.
• Check and prepare material sample with shop drawing submission.
• Chair M&E coordination meeting.
• Prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers for drawing issuance.
• Assess, prepare and submit progress claims for project consultants & subcontractors.
• Coordinate and assist site superintendent on installation and maintenance of site temporary utilities services.

Requirements

• Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University
• Minimum 3 years’ M&E service experience in large scale building / civil projects with an A1 main contractor
• Understand BIM concept and be able to supervise BIM Operator/ Technician’s daily job scope
• Ability to manage and solve complex problems at site.
