Responsibilities
- Supporting role to the Marketing Manager, ensuring the project is aligned with the brand strategy plan and targeting excellent delivery on time
- Conceptualization of advertising and promotional (A&P) plans, initiatives, and activities in line with the company’s business plans and brand strategies
- Working closely with suppliers, business associates and management in formulating and implementing A&P initiatives
- Monitor brand performance through analysis, research, and responses on a regular basis
- Monitor, control and evaluate all advertising and promotion expenditure to ensure conformity to planned deployment
- Develop creative promotional campaigns to achieve sales objectives
- Identify opportunities within the current business model to optimize revenue growth
- Manage and executive overall digital marketing strategies including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM) via Google Analytics / Paid Search as well as social presence
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communications, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Marketing, A&P, Marketing Communication in the food & beverage industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
