Responsibilities
- Responsible to lead ownership of all campaigns & retail promotions by working closely with the sales team
- Generate design concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns and communication materials
- Lead and drive all digital marketing initiatives by developing new & emerging strategies to increase digital visibility of the brand across all touch points
- Hold the responsibilities of a Data Protection Office (DPO) ensuring completeness, accuracy and updated with customers’ information within data base
- Key custodian of Customer Experience (CX) & Interactions with the organisation which includes Customer Engagements, Customer Lifecycle Value (CLV) & mapping of Customer Journey (CJ) through building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing
- Minimum 5 years of marketing related experience, with experience in digital marketing skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Meticulous with a keen eye for details
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
