Responsibilities
- Work closely with site Marcom teams on mall vouchers matters
- Research and monitor industry trends and actively contribute towards retail-wide Shopper Loyalty and Voucher programmes to drive repeat shopper patronage
- Uphold Service standards and nurture a culture of service excellence within the Service Ambassador teams through planning and conducting of service audits
- Lead in information-gathering and preparations for division’s participation in service-related awards
- Assist in the management of Group Voucher system, including daily operations, regular system review and enhancements
- Assist in communications and annual review/ updating of SOPs including Service Excellence and Voucher to facilitate compliance
Requirements
- Degree in Mass Communications or related
- Min 2 years relevant working experience
- Good written and spoken communication skills
- Competent in full suite of Microsoft Office
