Responsibilities
- Lead and support a manufacturing team of Associate Engineers in managing daily operations to meet fab delivery requirements
- Daily close collaboration with team members from the process and equipment counterparts, to maximise tool output and efficiency performance
- Co-work with production control and capacity team to improve section delivery performance
- Work with other cross functional units to attain common objective
- Execute continuous improvement programs in manufacturing operations
- Cultivate good 5S and safety mindset in daily work environment
- Strive for zero miss-operations in all aspect of work scope
- Ability to learn and grow with our organization
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any Engineering discipline
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in semiconductor manufacturing department
- Resourceful team player who is also able to work independently under minimal supervision
- Good communication and data analytic skills
