Responsibilities
- Lead a section of Manufacturing Engineers/ Associate Engineers & Technicians to meet section and daily tool output requirement, with clear capability to plan ahead and anticipate challenges.
- Close collaboration with cross functional departments to formulate optimised plan to meet Fab requirements.
- Facilitate and lead productivity improvement programs
- Ensure safety, discipline and housekeeping compliance by all personnel
- Cultivate strong discipline of execution mindset within the team
- Assist the Department Head in all manufacturing related issues and work with cross functional units to resolve challenges though implementation of effective solutions.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to personnel
- Ensure proper documentation and data integrity
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years’ Manufacturing managerial experience in Semiconductor Foundry environment
- Degree in Engineering or related discipline
- Proven ability to lead and motivate
- Proven ability to drive initiatives and problem solve
