Responsibilities
- Develop engineering competencies of team to meet engineering operational and business requirements.
- Assist in the development of continuous product road mapping
- Execute improvement goals for product engineering group to be in line with company objectives
- Achieve customer satisfaction index
- Lead in product customization projects
- Provide seamless transition of NPI product to manufacturing
- Provide assistance on Technical Marketing
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- Minimum 10 years of engineering experience.
- Strategic thinking and self-initiation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
