Responsibilities
- Drive initiative(s) as product owner to increase sales of adidas products through websites of our Digital Wholesale partners; initiatives might include but are not limited to the areas of product visibility, findability, ranging and conversion
- Support the development of scalable solutions and identify and work with the appropriate cross functional teams to execute
- Support the development of playbooks to enable SEA country account Teams to replicate results
- Coordinate roll-out of your initiative(s) across SEA and provide implementation guidance
- Provide on-going maintenance and lead initiative customization for Key Accounts
- Act as a key point of contact for your initiative(s) and work with local account teams overseeing initiative implementation in SEA to solve possible problems as they arise by coordinating support and providing expert guidance
- Set up effective communication of results and impact from development stage and promote the use of your initiative(s) across local DPC organizations and account teams, as well as staying abreast of changes and therefore making updates to your products to best service the business
- Ability to learn and grow with our organization
Requirements
- Good project management skills, including the ability to lead diverse teams of technical and non-technical roles and several projects simultaneously
- Good communication skills, comfortable presenting complex topics to senior stakeholders and convincing them to follow path of action
- University degree in the field of Business or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in E-Commerce field (e.g. Digital merchandising, Digital consumer experience and/or Digital Marketing)
