Responsibilities
- Support pre-sale and post-sale activities
- Prioritize and decide what projects to support, develop new business processes
- Generate schedule and give worldwide team visibility
- Organize team rotation back to Santa Ana for latest tools features training
- As Manager of FAE, he/she should be able to generate and summarize customer information on a worldwide basis
- Generate best-known method documents and other training material and transfer product knowledge to K&S worldwide Field Applications team. Develop and document new applications of supported products, including BKMs to support knowledge management efforts.
- Follow competition closely and report back to the division
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge in Wedge Bonder equipment and processes.
- Strong presentation, technical writing & communication skills
