Manager, Contact Center ( $5500-$10,000/AWS/VB )ref: AK

 

$10K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  East

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day performance of the Contact Centre Operations to deliver a best-in-class service, meeting or exceeding all KPIs and within budget.
  • Provide leadership, development and coaching of Team Leaders and Customer Service Officers.
  • Actively engaging and supporting the development of Customer Service team to ensure better performance and succession planning.
  • Working with HR and Recruitment drive the recruitment & selection of Team Leader and Customer Service Officers.
  • Monitor, review and analyse call quality and KPIs to ensure the Contact Centre operates in a compliant and sustainable way
  • Carry out regular engagements and identifying actions and working with Quality Assurance and Training Team to ensure the skills and knowledge are developed effectively.
  • Ensure effective and consistent communication throughout the team, encourage feedback and customer insight to enhance the customer experience.
  • Building and maintaining effective internal and external stakeholder relationships

 

Requirements

  • Diploma/ Degree Holder
  • Preferred; Insurance Certifications – BCP/PGI/HI/M9
  • 5 years leadership experience in Call Centre/Customer Service
  • Has prior experience in managing a team of Trainers
