Handle manpower planning, site mobilization and assisting purchase manager for procuring materials for the maintenance system repair/replacement works.
Supervise site for all system maintenance and clear blockages of system, other replacement works, maintain work progress and completion schedule.
Prepare the maintenance checklist report for maintenance project and send to client.
Follow up with client for make confirmation for maintenance pre- scheduled work.
Supervise workers and train workers to clear refuse and service and repair system parts, equipment and components.
Record and keep risk assessment RA for each and every project and individual work properly.
Conduct site testing and commissioning at clients’ sites according to the specifications and design.
Prepare Machine Operation Manual and Documentation.
Troubleshooting, problem identification and resolution.
Requirements:
Diploma and Engineering
5 yrs experience
