LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR ($3000-$4000/AWS/VB)ref: MJT  

$4K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  Central

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day activities on logistics & shipping
• Perform receiving/shipping, record, packing goods and other -physical shipment activities
• Coordinate and liaise with internal & external customers or suppliers on shipment activities and handle full shipping documentation
• Perform warehouse management such as implementation of FIFO for raw materials and finished goods, ensure proper storage of inventory and maintain accurate records for proper tracking of inventory movement
• Monitor and ensure accurate and adequate inventory level on shipping and packaging materials to meet the organization’s needs by ordering products; and managing out-of-stock over-stocked products
• Perform cycle count and stock take
• Monitor store activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely, and storage space is used efficiently
• Maintain monthly record of freight spent both incoming and outgoing shipment

Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or related field
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing logistics environment
• Good computer skills such as Microsoft Office and Outlook
• ERP Experience, effectively utilize lifting devices, possess a valid forklift license, ability to interpret travelers and work instructions, ability to verify log and procedures for accuracy
