$4200 + AWS + VB + allowance

Location: East
Responsibilities
- Review and check all Shipping requirements are in order and complete.
- Prepare Commercial invoice, packing list, beneficiary certificates and other documents as stipulated in customer’s orders or L/C.
- Prepare Tax Invoices, Credit Notes and GST filling.
- Submit tax invoice to customer’s portal, email or via mail.
- Follow up and update Accounts Receivable on payment status.
- Compile and update freight rates & quotation. Liaise with Forwarders for shipping booking and arrangement according to order due date.
- Verify freight & contractors’ invoices & resolve issues with them.
- Update consignment stock movement and coordinate incoming shipments and arrange clearance. Respond to customer’s enquiries on shipment related matters
Requirements
- Diploma or higher in Logistics / Supply Chain
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and using excel formula.
- Excellent communication and people engagement skill
