Location: East
Responsibilities
- Preparation of import / export documentation
- Ensuring accurate and filing/EDOC of Import / Export Permit
- Handle assigned projects, project cargo management.
- Booking of shipments (various co-loaders, direct carriers)
- Monitoring, updating & Co-ordinate with client on shipment status & pre alert
- Liaise between internal offices, agents & clients to arrange & follow-up orders
- Ensuring smooth shipments handling and client’s service requirements are met.
- Ensure prompt and accurate billing to customers
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Levels
- Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Proficient in Microsoft offices and computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
