Location: West
Responsibilities
- Route-planning
- Contact customers to arrange delivery schedule
- Handle customers’ enquires/complaints effectively
- Monitor live-tracking of company’s fleet
- Handle delivery issues faced by drivers
- Record of payments received
- Track shipping schedule
- To work closely with warehouse personnel
Requirements
- At least 2 years relevant working experience
- Basic computer knowledge required.
- Good communication skills and positive mindset
