LOGISTICS OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE ($2500-$3500/AWS/VB)ref: MJT

$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  East

Responsibilities

• Work with customers as well as internal and external stakeholders daily with the aim of developing an excellent working relationship.
• Ensure appropriate, comprehensive, and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Liaise with all relevant departments within network to ensure that all customer requirements are met.
• Book and process shipment requests , generate and verify shipping documentation where applicable.
• Responsible for all general and/or shipment-specific telephone and e-mail requests from customers and offices/agents and providing advice to customers on the latest booking times and documentation requirements.
• Advise customers daily of any services-related issues incl. provision of solution (e.g. ETA of flights/trucks).
• Track and Trace Client shipments to ensure that these shipments are delivered within the agreed turnaround time and stability.
• Update customers with post shipment information and data such as temperature readings, Proof of Delivery details and  Service information, etc

Requirements

• Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
• 2 years of relevant experience in Freight Forwarding or Supply Chain Management.
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
