LOGISTICS OFFICER ($2300-$3500/AWS/VB)ref: JK

$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: CBD

Responsibilities

• Provide sales related supports in any areas of orders fulfillment
• Ensure all fulfilled orders are sent to Sales Operation for billing on timely basis
• Process and manage customer orders on a timely basis and ensure accurate data is maint2ained in the system
• Handle and Process Goods Receipt Note & Delivery Orders and vendor returns and RMA (Import and Export) and liaise with the sales personnel/customers Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipment and delivery schedule with suppliers and customers
• Coordinate on order fulfillment and work closely with Sales Operations to generate invoice to customers on a timely basis
• Communicate with suppliers for information and specification and deals with problems in a timely manner.
• Responsible for the preparation of accurate & timely periodic reports for review performa monthly and quarterly stock count
• Provide other ad hoc sales related support

Requirements

• Diploma in Commerce (Logistics and Supply Chain Management) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word
• Possess a Class 3 License.
