Responsibilities
- Manage issuing team and ensure proper issuance of parts to support Production/CAP operations timely & stock rotation based on FIFO system.
- Supervise unpacking team, ensure proper unpacking/packing of parts and deliver to Production in timely matter. Ensure proper housekeeping in Logistics.
- Collaborate closely with the Production team to understand their part requirements and priorities.
- Plan and optimize daily packing schedules to meet production deadlines while maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Process stock issuance vouchers and ensure proper documentation before releasing stock.
- Ensure accuracy of inventory, investigate stock discrepancies, and approval for cycle count.
- Collaborate with the Production Team to plan and execute Internal with RFID system.
- Collaborate with Buyer Team to plan, implement, and maintain Supplier .
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge in MRP system, preferably in Baan LN is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
