Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and distribution team
- Fully accountable for the P&L
- Ensure continuous improvements are made to the processes to minimize wastage, improve margins and increase productivity
- Right-sizing of structure to support operational needs
- Ensure operational costs are managed well and contained
- Ensure maintenance and servicing of equipment and vehicles are performed on a regular basis
- Present Operations KPI in the monthly Management meeting
- Ensure customer requirements / KPIs are met and service failures minimized
Requirements
- Possess diploma in related discipline, Logistics Management
- Min 2 years relevant working experience in Logistics Industry
- Experience in P&L
- Maintenance and servicing of equipment
