LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE ($3000-$4000/AWS/VB)ref: JK

$4K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  Central

Responsibilities

• Monitors back-ordered items and expedite delivery with factories with the intent to maximize company’s revenue especially during quarter close
• Analyses and resolves stock allocation issues according to priorities in a timely fashion
• Monitor and coordinate with manufacturing sites on open and overdue PO for delivery commitment
• Conduct regular inventory analysis and seek opportunities for re-positioning to achieve optimal inventory level
• Execute PO to manufacturing sites and supplier to ensure timely stock replenishment and order fulfilment
• Responsible for ship management to ensure dispositions are executed timely
• Manage inbound and maintain system shipping notification dock dates in ensuring visibility of product availability
• Readily adapt to changing requirements or work assignments

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Logistics Management, or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in SAP and MS office is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
