Responsibilities
- Work with BPO SPs to manage carrier selection
- Support manager to prepare freight information for Global Ocean freight bidding
- Handle freight sourcing for ad-hoc rates and present shipping options to stakeholders
- Maintain freight tables and prepare freight reports and analysis to facilitate reviews with carriers
- Manage and resolve carriers’ issues and evaluate carriers’ performance
- Investigate customer complaints to identify root cause and implement corrective actions with BPO SPs
- Handle freight billing disputes with shipping lines and BPO SPs and process invoices in a timely manner
- Roll out new or improved operational process to support business needs
Requirements
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
