Location: West
Responsibilities
- Handle and process of sales orders based on customer’s requirements
- Perform timely data inputs and updates
- Coordinates Logistics Operation, arrange inventory allocation, monitor and ensure all orders are duly delivered to customer within a stipulated operation turnaround time
- Coordinate claims processing and shipment tracking
- Maximise space utilization for all shipments
- Receive customer’s complaints or problems, coordinate clients wish and requirements with respective internal departments or 3rd party logistics service providers and provide proposals and solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Maintain good relationship with customers by ensuring supply reliability as well as operations turnaround time while providing supporting documents for accurate and timely customer billing
- Perform data updates into logistics to support operation
Requirements
- Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Energetic, flexible and innovative
