$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance

Location: West
Responsibilities
- Check the incoming material from China and must ensure all the materials received are tally with the purchase order.
- Inform purchaser by email if there are any discrepancies in delivery order.
- All goods must be checked within 2 days.
- Generate packing list/ delivery order for every jobs or project.
- Submit packing list/ delivery order to logistic manager for them to start packing and arrange all goods according to the shipment schedule.
- Advise the forwarder on the total weight of all outgoing goods.
- Prepare packing list / delivery order for all site / local delivery.
- Request a copy of Performa Invoice from the account department.
Requirements
- Diploma in Logistics or Equivalent Certificate
- At least 2 years of related work experience in logistics
- Good office coordination skill and interpersonal skill.
- Energetic, flexible and innovative
