LOGISTICS COORDINATOR ($2600-$3600/AWS/VB)ref: JK

$3600 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: North

Responsibilities

• The Transport and Stockyard Supervisor shall report to the Operations Manager.
• His main duties are as follows:
• Over-all in charge of stockyard and transport coordination.
• Formulates and develops stocking system that will maximize space and allows faster delivery time.
• Confers with the erection engineer and/or the planning mnager as to delivery schedule and erection sequence.
• Prepares the delivery ticket, retrieves it and ensures that this receipt copy is signed by the customer or his representative.
• Sorts out the precast units for delivery and sees to it that they comply with the site requirement.
• Oversees loading of precast units in accordance with the loading schedule, as in the case of HCS and appropriate loading manner for the precast elements.

Requirements

• NiTEC, Diploma in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Supply Chain/Logistics/ Warehouse / Freight Forwarding is a plus.
• Valid Class 3 Driving License and Forklift License.
