LOGISTICS COORDINATOR ($2500-$4000/AWS/VB)ref: FT

$4K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: West

Responsibilities

• Manage in planning and maintaining of logistics policies and procedures
• Daily monitoring logistics status and generate and keep proper records of all forms of transactions relating to the company’s logistics operations
• Review and revise logistics plans as required by changes in the delivery date or manufacturing schedules
• Preparing shipping documents, reviewing and verifying the shipping documents to coordinate and support custom clearance
• Act as a liaison between Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Contract Manufacturing, Freight Forwarders, Carriers and Custom brokers; communicating and troubleshooting issues, problems, and concerns
• Monitor the entire process of product movement
• Assist in the expediting finished goods or bulk products, when necessary, to support customer order fulfilment
• Recommend and implement transportation actions when products are in out-of-stock or allocation situations

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls is a plus.
• Valid Class 3 Driving License and Forklift License.
