LOGISTICS ADMINISTRATOR (FREIGHT FORWARDING) ($2800-$3500/AWS/VB)ref: MJT

$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  Central

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for maisons and warehouse for order processing.
• Responsible for logistics scheduling & planning of outbound deliveries, perform daily order process and prioritize orders in SAP
• Perform and monitor the outbound delivery process with Warehouse and Shipping team. Closely monitor the volume of outbound deliveries and assign warehouse order.
• Arrange transportation service for office/Customer Service/Boutiques
• Organize deliveries of stock, And 3rd Party Logistics Service Provider
• Updating and coding of freight and transportation invoices
• Ensure compliance with Group’s transportation guidelines
• Monthly review and submission of KPIs reporting

Requirements

• Minimum Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management / Logistics
• Minimum 2  years’ work experience in a shipping department for a similar organisation or with freight forwarding
• Excellent PC skills, expertise with Windows, MS Office, Lotus Notes and AS400 applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
