Location: West
Responsibilities
- To independently drive, manage or participate in negotiation with client, business partner and/or supplier in South East Asia or other countries mainly in Asia Pacific;
- To draft, review, interpret, or prepare contract and other legal documents for all kinds of business deals;
- To conduct legal research on the laws and regulations global wise;
- To support and advise on or lead resolution of dispute which occurs in South East Asia and North Asia or other regions when needed;
- To initiate and craft new type of template contracts to cater to the business needs;
- To assist in preparation of documents and support in the coordination pertinent to the global corporate development;
- To handle labor and employment related matters or dispute when needed;
- To draft and optimize compliance policies in line with the law update and corporate needs;
Requirements
- Diploma in Law, LLB or similar legal qualification.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of employment law, tax law, export regulations, and government compliance is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
