Responsibilities
- Business Partnering with APAC Leadership and Heads of Department, ensuring:
- Continued dialogue with relevant stakeholders on the legal support for APAC (service management)
- Support the commercial and operational excellence in the region
- Ensure the business is aware of and operates within the insurance and licencing set up for all services
- Cascade the relevant legal updates and manage implementation of projects related to legal services: introduction of T&Cs or other forms, new policies etc
- Overseeing and reporting on disputes in the region
- Participate in reviews and redlining of contracts and other project legal documents from covered jurisdictions, focusing on projects with higher complexity or risks
- Participate in corporate restructuring matters and advise other legal colleagues in company secretariat and in relation to legal entities in covered jurisdictions
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Understanding of engineering and consultancy business is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
