Responsibilities
- Lead, plan and coordinate various processes as well as initiatives.
- Lead and drive the development & facilitation of progressive implementation and future-focused cluster-wide interventions to meet organization needs.
- Proactively engaged and involved to formulate and review capability development strategy and frameworks/policies, based on landscape and eco-system needs.
- Responsible for full spectrum of L&D processes to determine needs and ensure effectiveness of program/s design, development and implementation.
- Create and drive multiple learning andragogies keeping abreast of trends, needs, ideas and innovation, introducing and incorporating innovative and appropriate learning methodologies and technologies to facilitate learning and transformative development, not limited to gamification, virtual reality, artificial intelligence, chatbots.
- Identify, establish and build network and partnerships with providers and partners and relevant government agencies on initiatives, grants and sponsorships.
- Source, implement, manage and evaluate relevant learning interventions (including digital learning) and facilitators/speakers/trainers to meet needs in alignment with strategic goal and intent.
- Prepare reports as required by management
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource / Business Administration or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in designing, developing, implementing and evaluating L&D programmes is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
