Lead Product Innovator, Transformation Office (Agile, Digital Product) ($9000-$17,000/AWS/VB )ref: MT

$17K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  North

Responsibilities

• Leading a team to develop and plan product roadmap
• Front senior stakeholders and run user workshops
• Analyse and document processes, functional requirements and technical specifications
• Propose changes and design digital products, including specific proposals, screen design and mock-ups for prototyping
• Work with regional delivery team to help test and verify the digital products
• Work with Internal IT and delivery team to identify problems, perform root cause analysis and formulate solutions
• When required, provide user support, investigate and troubleshoot issues, as well as provide timely improvements, resolutions to address problems and incidents
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Has experience and be comfortable with Agile methodologies and be able to write Agile user stories
• Is comfortable communicating with and understanding internal and external stakeholders on requirements. Ability to articulate clearly is key
• Has the courage to challenge status quo and existing structures
• Suitably technically inclined with coding experience and knowledge of database design. Having knowledge of OutSystems, JIRA and Tableau will be advantageous
