$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR and GL, PL, BS) and day-to-day accounting operations
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and updating in Ledger.
- Manage principal’s A/R with customers
- Prepare Tax Invoice and SOA and verify inventory issue
- Monitor the AR collection and closely follow up the overdue accounts
- Assist to cash flow preparation
- Manage A/P process payments and reconciliation
- Verify all outgoing payments prepared by Account assistant
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Possess at least Degree in any field
- Friendly, patient, good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexible and proactive attitude.
