IT Technical Engineer (Server hardware replacement) (S$3K – S$5K) – Ref: SK

Location: Various Location
Salary Range: $3,000 – $5,000 + AWS + VB + Allowance

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform hardware troubleshooting and part replacement  of IT equipment (servers, storage, desktops, etc.)
• Implementation and configuration of Network, Firewall, Servers, IT Security Solutions, IT relocation handling (include cabling management), Troubleshooting PC and Network
• Provide Upgrades and Improvements for consistent, professional and high-quality client support on Backups or 24×7 basis
• Communicate and collaborate across teams and departments to help solve issues
• Knowledge on AD (servers), PC, Servers and Firewalls and notebook deployment services
• When requested, undertake all aspects of system implementation, support, and customization of solutions to meet the client requirements

Job Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or IT related discipline
• 1-2 years of working experience with good hands on experience in implementation and support
• Possess MCSE/MCSA and/or CCNA Certified will be an advantage
• Familiar in implementation of Network, Servers, Backup Systems and Server hardware replacement
• Knowledge of VMware and Lotus Domino an added advantage
