Location: CBD
Responsibilities
- Manage daily IT operations including incidents, changes and escalations.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and manage local IT vendors.
- Be responsible for device and password management.
- Procurement and maintaining Inventory of mobile phones, IT assets.
- Provide support for new network equipment including WAPs, switches, routers, firewalls, ISPs etc.
- Administration and license management for Atlassian tools and Microsoft office.
- Support onboarding and offboarding with local and regional team.
- Manage data backup and system operations (e.g. user provisioning, authorization)
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in working with single signon system, OneLogin is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
