IT SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR ($4000-$6000/AWS/VB)ref: TA

$6K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  West

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing optimisation of system components such as updates and upgrades for client machine and servers
• Liaise with the Outsourced IT Support Resources to support the IT needs of the users on site, work is done in compliance with company standard and the solutions proposed are cost-effective.
• Manage all IT assets on site and ensuring that all software used on the Singapore site is appropriately licensed.
• Manage the IT infrastructure such as the link to the global wide area network, the site Local Area Network (LAN) and other telecommunication tools or resources that may be in use at the local site in line with the corporate guideline.
• Conduct system backups, optimisation, initiation of recovery procedures and routine troubleshooting.
• Provide support as required to minimise disruption to business operations
• Work with various teams to develop a statement of work.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering or any related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Required Application Skill(s): windows 10, office 365, notes clients
• Flexible and proactive attitude.
