$3600 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: East
Responsibilities
- Drive company IT matters and propose solutions to meet business objectives.
- Maintenance of IT infrastructure, kiosk and provide server administration and support (AD, ESXI and Hyper-V)
- Provide technical support to users on hardware and various applications
- Communicate effectively with users to identify and resolve issues timely
- Provide technical support, monitor system, security and EDR updates
- Conduct periodic system preventive maintenance checks, patches updates and review log report
- Perform server and network management
- Maintain proper IT documentation, contracts, SOPs
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge on cyber security is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
