IT SUPPORT EXECUTIVE ($3000-$4000/AWS/VB)ref: SC

$4K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: West

Responsibilities

• Work closely with other departments to ensure IT systems supports business and operational needs
• Implement IT Systems to support business requirements, which also involves daily IT administrative and support activities as well as basic network configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance
• Assist to implement IT policies and procedures, maintain and review user access rights, maintain and review Virtual Machines (VM) periodically
• Administer IT purchases and manage the IT assets, inventory and systems
• Manage IT vendor, contract and outsourcing management to ensure procurement, installation and life-cycle maintenance of IT hardware and software for users, office premise and Data Center
• Perform inspections to ensure IT systems, servers and equipment are operational
• Act as Internal Auditor to enforce IT Security Policy
• Provide new staff with PC/account setup and orientation as part of employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes and maintain user management tasks on daily basis

Requirements

• NITEC/ITE diploma in Computer Science or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in administration of Windows Server, Linux/Unix and Mac OS is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
