Location: CBD
Responsibilities
- Installing and configuring POS/computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Testing new technology
- Responsible for assembling & configuring a computer, installing operating systems & software as well as troubleshooting hardware (such as a printer, PC, POS, etc) & software problems
Requirements
- Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in IT hardware setup and configuration is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
