IT SUPPORT EXECUTIVE ($2600-$3600/AWS/VB)ref: ML

$3600 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: East

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Perform hardware and software setup, configuration and maintenance for ERP/ POS/ Inventory system.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with the internal team to implement and support IT projects.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network switches to ensure optimal performance and connectivity.
• Maintain server and firewall configurations to enhance data and network security and compliance.
• Coordinate the installation and configuration of CCTV systems for roadshow events, ensuring proper functioning and security.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma / Nitec in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with firewall configurations and security protocols is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
