$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Ensure to provide effective and timely service to our customers.
- Identify and resolve technical issues from customers via phone, email, on-site, and remote support.
- Contribute to maintaining a high customer satisfaction score.
- Manage and monitor installed systems, servers, network infrastructure, both on-premises and on Microsoft Azure
- Collaborate with our development team, report, and resolve software issues.
- Coordinate change requests, system enhancements, and quality assurance of solutions before deployment to production
- Develop and update technical documentation and guides.
- Assist with installation and configuration tasks.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in system/network/computer support on Windows environment is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
